2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not initiated or commenced
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Service cancellation before work begins
- Technical error resulting in overcharge
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees once the consultation has been provided
- Document processing fees after documents have been submitted
- Application fees paid to third parties (embassies, universities, airlines, etc.)
- Training course fees after classes have commenced
- Services completed or substantially performed
- Customized service packages after work has commenced
4. Refund Request Timeline
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days from the date of payment. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@abroadguidebd.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your full name and contact information
- Provide your payment receipt or transaction ID
- Specify the service purchased and payment date
- Explain the reason for your refund request
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and approved:
- Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 working days
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where services have been partially rendered, we may offer a partial refund calculated based on:
- The proportion of work completed
- Administrative costs incurred
- Third-party fees already paid on your behalf
8. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service:
- Before Service Begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After Service Begins: Partial refund based on work completed
- After Service Completion: No refund available
9. Visa/Application Rejection
Please Note: AbroadGuideBD is not liable for visa rejections, university admission denials, or any other application outcomes determined by external authorities. Our service fees cover consultation and assistance only, not guaranteed outcomes. Refunds are not provided for rejected applications.
10. Travel Booking Cancellations
For travel-related bookings (flights, hotels, tours):
- Cancellation policies of airlines and hotels apply
- Our service fee for booking assistance is non-refundable
- Any refund from third parties will be processed as per their policies
11. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by emailing us with additional supporting information
- Contact consumer protection authorities if you believe your rights have been violated
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
