Two things that decide the trip before the hospital does

“From” prices and package prices are different products. Knee runs RM 28,888–37,224 as a package and RM 26,000–41,000 as a “start from” figure, inside the same hospital group.

Volume is not case count. Malaysia reports about 70,000 Bangladeshi healthcare travellers, but its own national average spend of RM1,700 per traveller shows the unit includes screening and outpatient visits.

India can be switched off

India suspended visas for 22 months from August 2024 and reopened on 28 June 2026. During that window Kolkata volumes fell by four fifths. Any plan that depends on one corridor needs a second one priced beside it.
