It follows the same rule as every guide on this site: official sources only, and we never ask you to enter your passport number on this page.
What the statuses mean

Where to check — and where not to
Every destination on this site carries a Source card with the official tracking portal for that route, opened through our verification panel so you land on the genuine domain. The pattern is always the same: your reference number plus date of birth or application date, on the official site of the embassy, the application centre, or the government visa portal. Do not enter those details on a site you reached from a Facebook group or a search ad — that is how credentials and money are lost.
Our privacy stance
This guide page does not collect any information. We do not offer a status-checking service that asks for your passport number. The tools on this site that appear to check status simply walk you to the official checker and verify the destination domain first, so your data stays with the authority that issued your file.
What delays applications
- Incomplete documents — the single most common cause of extended processing.
- Peak season backlogs — summer intakes and pre-Eid rushes stretch every queue.
- Clarification requests — if the office asks for more evidence, respond quickly and completely.
- Verification of employers, sponsors or academic records — these take time and cannot be rushed.
When to contact the desk
If your case is past the published processing window by a wide margin, or the official tracker shows something you cannot interpret, message us on WhatsApp with your reference number only.
