Where slots are released

All IVAC appointment slots are managed through ivacbd.com. Log in with your Web File Number and select your jurisdictional centre. The portal shows available dates and time windows. You pick one and confirm — the system issues an e-token confirmation to your email.

When new slots typically appear

Slots are released in batches rather than at a fixed daily time. There is no publicly announced release schedule. In practice, new slots appear when IVAC adds capacity or when previously booked slots are cancelled. Checking early morning (before 9 a.m.) and late evening tends to yield better results. Weekday mornings after the IVAC working day starts (Sunday–Thursday) sometimes show fresh availability.

How the e-token system works

Once you select a slot and confirm, the system generates an e-token with a QR code and your appointment details. This is emailed to the address you provided during form registration. Print it or screenshot it — you need to show it at the IVAC security checkpoint to enter. If you lose it, log back into ivacbd.com to retrieve it.

What to do if there are no slots

If no slots show for your preferred centre, try these steps: check at different times of day (early morning and evenings), try your second-nearest active centre if your district is near a boundary, check daily as cancellations open up slots unpredictably. Rescheduling rules

You can reschedule your appointment through ivacbd.com up to a certain point before your booked date. Log in with your Web File Number, find your booking, and select a new slot. Cancellations without rebooking may require you to start the slot-hunting process again.
