Services Provided

Abroad Guide BD provides document preparation, appointment coordination, and concierge support for medical, work, study, travel, and immigration purposes.

Services Not Provided

We do not issue visas. We do not represent embassies or governments. We cannot promise visa approval or any specific outcome. The final decision and processing of all visas rest solely with the respective embassy or High Commission.

Fees

Our fees cover document preparation and coordination services only. Government, embassy, hospital, and university fees are separate and payable by you directly to those institutions.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and authentic documents. Submitting false information is your responsibility and may result in case termination without refund.

Liability

AGB is not liable for visa denials, processing delays by embassies, or decisions by any third-party institution. Our role is limited to preparation and coordination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
